Do You Have a Travel Sized HydroFloss?

Posted by Toothy Grins on

Question: Do You Have A Travel Sized HydroFloss   Answer:  No, and there is unlikely to ever be one.  The HydroFloss is more effective than other irrigators because of the magnetic technology it utilizes. This tech is too large to place into a small, travel sized unit.    It would lose its effectiveness immediately as the size of the magnet would be too small to do what the full size HydroFloss does.  If you are like most of us, you don't want to be without your HydroFloss.  What you can do is use the original box your HydroFloss came in...

Does The Hydro Floss Ionize Water?

Does The Hydro Floss Ionize Water?

Question:  Does The Hydro Floss Ionize Water? Answer:  No, the Hydro Floss does not ionize water molecules.  However, it does place a charge on minerals in the water.  This is why you always want to use tap or spring water in your HydroFloss.  Never use distilled water because it is devoid of minerals.   If you are using RO (reverse osmosis) water, check with your RO device maker, but my understanding is that it removes most if not all of the minerals. This makes RO water a poor choice for your HydroFloss You can get your new HydroFloss here:  https://toothygrins.net/products/hydro-floss-oral-irrigator-new-generation

Can I Use The HydroFloss If I Have a Pacemaker?

Question: I am interested in the Hydro Floss Oral Irrigator but would like to know more about the "magnetic" aspects of it. I have recently had a pacemaker installed for my heart and my cardiologist tells me to basically stay away from strong magnetic fields. I don't know if the one you are speaking of qualifies. Have you had any feedback from other customers with pacemakers?   Answer:   Since this is such a serious question, I have to refer you back to your cardiologist,  Why don't you write to him / her and ask this question?  I've had other people ask...

Is There A 220 Volt HydroFloss Oral Irrigator Available?

In Europe and Australia, you may still be able to find a 220 Volt HydroFloss for sale.   If you are not in Europe or Australia, you could purchase a regular 110 Volt HydroFloss and use this Converter:    https://toothygrins.net/products/simran-converter-smf-200-for-travel This is the one I use when in Europe.   I use mine in Germany and this converter has the correct plug for the German system.  It seems that there are a variety of standards for plugs in the 220 European system and in other 220 systems around the world.   Therefore, you may need an adaptor to make it...

The HydroFloss Oral Irrigator and Gum Disease

One of the most powerful tools you can use at home is the HydroFloss Oral Irrigator.   It may be able to make your gums healthy again.  The results can usually be verified by your dental professional.   That's what makes it so great.  You can do this at home and then go into your dental office and have them check to see if your gums have become healthy again.  How is this done?  Does it work 100% of the time.  No it doesn't work for everyone, but it does seem to work for an awful lot of people, provided...
