Thank you for the prompt delivery of the Hydro Floss pump.
Our Hydro Floss was leaking and when I determined it wasn't the hose, I thought we would need a new machine.
I looked inside and figured it must be coming from the pump, but couldn't find information about that online.
Then I saw that you sell the pumps. I appreciated your candidness about not guaranteeing that it would fix anything, but I figured I'd give it a shot. I put it in last night and it fixed the problem.
I saved a bunch of money and kept an otherwise good machine out of the waste stream.
